Wolf Group, a leading consumer research consulting company based here in Cincinnati, has a capability you dont easily find anywhere else - sensory testing. Serving a broad client base in food & beverage, beauty, health and consumer goods, they build customized research plans that provide clients with results that are actionable and translatable.

Armed with this unique expertise, Wolf Group desired to carve out a distinct identity in a crowded market. Recognizing the significance of a strong brand in attracting and connecting with clients and establishing credibility, they approached Mertz Design to help take the company into a new era.

The Studio kicked off this revitalization by hosting a design thinking workshop with company leadership, helping the client think about their brand from a new perspective. Armed with these insights, we determined Wolf Group's brand identity, fleshing out their core values, mission, and brand voice.

From there we crafted a strategic, cohesive visual identity, encompassing logo design and color palette refinement. Culminating in a total overhaul of their website, the result was a refreshed brand image that positioned Wolf Group as a innovator and leader in the sensory and consumer research industry, setting them apart from competitors.
