Mertz was wonderful to work with. At the time, our company had no experience with rebranding, so having Mertz carefully walk us through every step of the process was tremendously helpful. The team was diligent in holding us to a schedule so we could hit our deadlines, but flexible when we needed time. They made sure to explain their methods to us in a clear & understandable way to help us cross the finish line in our rebrand.

 

They demonstrated time and again that they weren’t satisfied until we were. If something didn’t feel right in a design or wording, they not only took time to suggest alternatives; they explained their design thinking rationale behind each suggestion, which helped illuminate our brand identity. They intently listened to the feedback our team provided, internalized it, and came through with results beyond our expectations.
